At Jamieson Vitamins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new premium apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
